Join me for our Virtual Clutter Clinic for Hoarding Disorder (CC4HD) this summer!
This is a virtual group for individuals struggling with hoarding behaviors. Sessions are live and facilitated by Sarah Soboleski, a licensed clinical social worker, and a trained professional organizer.
This fee-based group is starting in July. It’s a 4-week, one-hour program. Each session will have a different focus.
Week 1: Getting Motivated
Week 2: Changing My Thinking
Week 3: How To Sort & Discard
Week 4: Reducing Acquiring
What you will get out of this clinic:
Education around your thinking styles & motivation stumbling blocks
An opportunity to learn organizing and decluttering strategies
A place to come up with and share goals around your hoarding
Techniques for reducing acquiring
Homework assignments (optional) to keep you on track
Affordable guidance and accountability
Validation that beating clutter is not easy and takes work
Fee is $100 for the four sessions.
Sessions run on Tuesdays (7/7, 7/14, 7/21, 7/28) from 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm EST.
Space is limited so please register by July 1, 2020.
Once registered you will receive a confirmation email. We will be using the platform GoToMeeting so you will need to have a device that has a microphone and a camera to participate. You will be sent the link to connect the day of the session.
