Let's celebrate Get Organized (GO) Month by donating items A-Z!

To celebrate Get Organized (GO) Month I'm doing a series of posts on items ranging from A-Z. For each letter, I'll provide a list of potential resources for what to do with your belongings if you're ready to donate or sell them.

We've moved on to G.

G is for GLASSES

If you have some eyeglasses that you are ready to part with check out these places to give them to:

ReSpectacle has sites around the country where you can drop them off or you can mail them if there's no site near you.

Walmart Vision Centers accepts used glasses including prescription glasses and sunglasses.

Lions Club International has a vision mission to provide eye care to underserved communities. They often have receptacles in most communities. Check your local library for a box or your town's community/senior center.

LensCrafters collects used glasses to support the charitable organization One Sight.

Oh, and I had to include this Reclaimed Eyeglass Ornament craft project!
